After moving to Hawaii, I was in a rush to get my safety inspections done before and after obtaining my registration. Though they were busy, they were able to get both of the inspections done in one day! They customer service was top notch and accurate with the estimated time their work would take. Not to mention, it was the last day of the month. Thank you!

I can't say enough great things about my experience here! I brought my car in needing a water pump and pulley replacement, and from the start the team was upfront and communicative. Initially they thought additional work might be needed, including a thermostat, but after a thorough inspection they came back with a lower price and it was very reasonable. That kind of honesty is rare and genuinely appreciated. What really set them apart was that they covered my rental car for the entire duration of the repair. I didn't have to stress about getting around while my car was in the shop. And a special shoutout to Brooke at the front desk — she is absolutely amazing. Professional, friendly, and made the whole experience feel easy from start to finish. If you're looking for a shop that's honest, fair, and actually goes above and beyond for their customers, look no further. I'll definitely be back!

I scheduled an appointment for a FREE brake inspection. Took the recommendation to make the necessary repairs. My SUV was done that same day. Price was fair. Excellence to the workers from start to end. 👍👍

I am never disappointed in Lex Brodie. Service, product availability and friendliness of staff is 10/10! I have had BMW and Porsche tire and alignment replacements and have saved 50% over dealer for same tires! If you want great service, close to home and would like to save a lot of money, take your car to Lex Brodie.

I have a high end sports car with special tires. I had sidewall tear and took it to Lex Brodie. They had the tire in stock and were able to change it quickly even though they were busy. Everyone was incredibly professional and nice. The manager changed my tire personally and he was fantastic (Rylan Miguel). Incredible service, reasonable pricing and I would HIGHLY recommend them!
